Promotional Rates

​ECU Trucking strives to offer our customers the most competitive rates available in the market.  For that reason, we are now offering Promotional Discounted LTL rates from some carriers.  However, these rates come with certain restrictions that must be followed or the discount could be voided.

Here is what you should know:

​

  1. Shipper must use ECU Trucking BOL, and quote number must be listed.

  2. If a weight inspection is performed, promotional rates will not apply.  

  3. Freight must ship on the date of quote.  If that’s not possible, please make sure to re-quote and print updated BOL.

  4. If an accessorial is added, promotional rates will not apply. (liftgate, residential, etc.)

  5. Any special event invalidates the rates: reconsignment, dock pickup, etc.
